Members of our Clinical Panel are ready to support you if you’re treating a TAC client who has complex needs or isn’t progressing. The directory allows you to see an overview of a Clinical Panellist’s qualifications, work history and areas of professional interest.
“We want providers to see the kind of expertise that’s available to them,” says Olivia Pantelidis, Manager of Health Programs and Clinical Panel at the TAC. “Clinical Panellists have extensive experience in the complex management of compensable patients, and we encourage our providers to use them as a resource when they treat TAC clients.”

“Please contact us if you have a question about a patient,” says Paul Coburn, Clinical Panel Lead for Allied Health. “We’re here to support you and get the best possible outcomes for those you treat."
Over the past year the focus of the 50-member Clinical Panel has expanded to include more proactive education and engagement. A Clinical Panellist may reach out to you to discuss aspects of a patient’s recovery or to organise a visit. This may include case conferencing, worksite visits or general support and education. Clinical Panellists also present at universities, conferences and other industry events to promote the group’s role in supporting clinicians.
“Beyond their responsibilities in claims review, our Clinical Panellists are busy engaging with practitioners. They’re working together to identify effective interventions and find new ways to improve health outcomes for our clients,” says Olivia.
